Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellation, refund and problem-resolution arrangements for one-time MAQS Pro digital software purchases.
Effective: 5 September 2026
Email [email protected] with your name, Paddle order reference, product and reason for the request.
1. Digital delivery
MAQS Pro products are digital software and permanent licence information delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped. Customers should review the product description and system requirements before ordering.
2. Consumer cancellation
Where a consumer has a statutory cancellation right, it generally runs for 14 days from the contract date. For digital content supplied before that period ends, the customer may be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost once supply begins. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content.
3. Problems with delivery or activation
If you do not receive the software or licence, first check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder. Then contact us. We will resend delivery information or provide reasonable activation assistance. If the software remains unavailable or cannot be made to operate substantially as described, an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
4. Change-of-mind requests
A change-of-mind refund may not be available after digital delivery has begun and a permanent licence has been issued or activated, where the customer gave the required consent and acknowledgement. Before delivery begins, eligible cancellation requests will be handled according to applicable consumer law. Business purchases are governed by the agreed contract and any mandatory rights.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us promptly with the Paddle order reference, product name, purchase email address, reason for the request and any relevant screenshots or error details. Do not send passwords, bank details or full card information by email. We may ask you to deactivate or stop using the licence as a condition of a refund where lawful.
6. Processing
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Timing after approval depends on Paddle, the payment method and the customer's bank. Taxes are adjusted by Paddle where applicable.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights or any other rights that cannot legally be limited.
